you should avoid. By agreeing to this offer, you re-affirm a debt to

Resurgent Capital Services and their affiliated entities;

LVNV Funding, LLC, Sherman Acquisitions, LLV, Ascent Card

Services, LLC, FNBM, LLC, all of whom are known bottom feeder,

junk debt buyers. They pay pennies for these debts, manufacture

bogus affidavits, sign perjured documents that contain bogus

pleadings and attempt to collect by various methods that many

construe as extortion. What you should do is make these conmen

validate their claims with documents that legally prove up their

alleged claims. Don’t be surprised if they never respond because

the only documents they seem to have are the ones they manufacture.
