DeLoney Law Group has been around for awhile, according to their
site they practice in the areas of: Debtor and Creditor
Collections, Family Law, Child Custody, Child Support, Divorce,
Spousal Support, Criminal Law, DWI, Contracts, Business Law,
Wills, Probate, General Practice, Commercial Litigation,
Commercial Collections, Medical Malpractice.
William DeLoney already has a reputation for owning a
‘hair-trigger’ mouth that goes from zero to ballistic in
seconds, so we expect to receive numerous consumer complaints.
The good news for consumers is that North Texas has one of the
best contingents of consumer attorneys in America; DeLoney will
face seasoned professionals.
CACH and CACV are Collect America, out of Denver, operated by
Attorney Phillip Scott Lowery. His organization places debt
buyer (bottom feeder) accounts within their franchise system,
which make a commission, based on what they collect. The problem
with Lowery, CACV, CACH and other related entities is they
usually have a difficult time in meeting legal requirements for
ownership of accounts. They allow their franchised attorneys
like DeLoney to file suit in the hope they will collect.
