I worked there for a couple of years; sadly, your description was fairly accurate. Wanted to let you know that there really is (or was at that time) a Peggy Lyle. (laugh)


 Your description of the staff at Credit Systems International is absolutely true. They were rude and sounded high and mighty. I paid the amount in full the very same day I found out that they were handling my husband's medical bill, but it took them more than 3 weeks and an extra phone call from me reminding them that they have not updated my husband's credit report, keeping his credit score way low. They do need some training on customer assistance.
