Hired some real jerks to collect. The few I dealt with were stupid, not making much sense, almost completely void of collection laws. This came across like a VERY sloppy operation, run by amateurs with little or no debt collection professionalism. I was NOT impressed with them in the least. You should NOT deal with them.
My instincts are that Boivin got away from law because he could not make it or screwed up and needed a respite. He is apparently attempting to make a comeback as a debt collector and my impression is he is failing at it again.
