Attorney Riecke Bauman,
may be licensed
to practice law, however his
abilities to abide by the FDCPA
appear to be SEVERELY lacking.
He is NOT the smartest lawyer to
ever get a law license, nor is he
very good at what he does. He's been known to take some
short-cuts
He seems oblivious to the
fact much of his filings
contain....ahem! 'not so accurate
pleadings' especially the cases he
files for BANK OF AMERICA.

I recommend you
NEVER
disclose your bank account or credit card information to a debt collector, as you
risk them emptying your account, or maxing out your
credit card. If you feel they are reporting on your
credit bureau files in error or need assistance in
dealing with them, email the details
