 Rochester, NY family law attorney Lawrence Baker, will eventually take the reins when his mentor, Douglas R. Burgess (they share the same Rochester, NY street address) retires or is sued out of business.

Baker, a 1979 graduate of Franklin Pierce School of Law
like all of those before him, is renting his law license to a group out of Buffalo, NY who prey on consumers with mostly worthless debts purchased for pennies. Baker joins a long list of current and former Rent-A-Lawyers who have fallen for this scam of threatening consumers with pending legal actions under the guise of an attorney.

Lawrence Baker and Prime Asset Recovery hide behind names like Account Management Services with bogus documents and manufactured affidavits that lie and perjure court filings.

Report all abuse by collectors using the name of Rent-A-Lawyer Lawrence Baker to:
