October 2008 Bluebonnet Financial Asset, Niermann and Olivo attorneys, bought a charged off credit card account over 4 years old. They reported the account to a second credit bureau as an account from 2008. They are attempting to collect using harassing tactics, like using private investigators.

Apparently, Niermann and Olivo have changed the name of their collection agency to Bluebonnet Financial Services Inc. The address is the same as that listed for Ariel Financial Services. These bottom feeders have filed suit and harassed me for a debt that is over 10 years old. They are unscrupulous.
