This is a small time,
desperate collection agency going nowhere.
They want you to think they are part of a legal
enterprise, that can reach out with lawsuits, wage
garnishment, seizure, etc. They have NO power,
No authority, NO brains and NO professionalism. They
come across as pure collection agency TRASH, the
kind you ignore.
This is an operation that appears NOT to understand
the laws or consumer rights. I found NO legitimacy
about them...ANYWHERE!!
Michele Cuartero is yet another COLLECTION SCHOOL
DROP OUT. She has no clue about the real world
of collections. She sure can run that potty-mouth of
hers though, I clocked her at 117 on the phone!
Paying these parasites won't help you or your credit
situation, they do not EVER take legal actions.

risk them emptying your account, or maxing out your
credit card. If you feel they are reporting on your
