They collect student loans along with credit cards. Poor to NO response to consumer disputes, verification documents and credit bureau updates. A part of the Wells Fargo family that dates back to days of Norwest Financial, Aman has been collecting debts almost as long as the Cornhuskers have been winning titles.

The problem with Moen and Aman is they have trouble obeying the OTHER law that regulates the activities of the collection industry, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Apparently Aman is there when debts need to be collected, however when disputes are files or complaints received regarding credit reporting errors, his corn-fed collectors appear to be out in the barn.

These people are lacking in professionalism, integrity and basic FDCPA compliance. They belong in the corn field NOT the collection business!

CAUTION: I recommend you NEVER disclose your bank account or credit card information to a debt collector, as you risk them emptying your account, or maxing out your credit card.
