Debt Collector and (bottom feeder) Titan President Fred
A. Howard buys old portfolio’s of (usually) worthless
debts from entities such as Providian Bank, and then
farms out his collections to other debt collectors to do
his dirty work. Fred spends pennies on these portfolio’s
in the hopes he can then collect big bucks from
unsuspecting consumers.
These
other collectors include some of the most despised
agencies in America like lawyers Richard DeJana of
Kalispell, MT (aka/ Ameriquest Recovery Systems) and
Lawrence R. Bovin of Laguna Hills, CA) who have a long
history of debt collection experience, abuse and
litigation defense.
If
Collector Howard is following the industry norms then
DeJana and Bovin are earning their 25% commissions using
the textbook collection methods of “pay now or be sued”
which has made them a LOT of money.
Fred
Howard has a serious problem; his people will argue all
day they are NOT a debt collector, which is a LIE! Titan
Recovery Group, LLC IS a debt collector which allows
consumers to use the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
against them, as circumstances warrant.
I personally do NOT think of Fred Howard as a titan, he
comes across more as a wannabe in an industry of big
egos and bigger mouths. Fred may find out the only thing
BIG about him is his name because as a (bottom-feeder)
debt buyer he does NOT measure up in the industry.
