Quick Analysis
Consumer Comments Below
Christopher Mark Ranieri attorney / debt collector, of
Coral Springs, FL appears headed for a collision with
the justice system. Our mailbox daily receives
complaints of his collectors calling to make threats of
pending legal actions if debts are not paid immediately.
Ranieri is alleged to associate with and collect for
First American Investments/Unistates and Southern
Capital Associates out of Buffalo, NY. First
American and Unistates, (illegal bottom feeder
debt collectors who collected on thousands of bogus
accounts, many of which they never owned) filed
for bankruptcy protection for more than $20 million. In
the NYWBKE 08-14967 November 2008.
The accounts they collected on were the subject of
another lawsuit by investors who thought they were
loaning more than $20 million to acquire defaulted
portfolios, which may not have taken place.
Ranieri is connected to these NY agencies and allegedly
collects on some of these same accounts. In view of the
bankruptcy filing and the apparent demise of his
portfolio source, it appears Ranieri members are hell
bent on collecting as much money as possible from the
accounts they still possess in a desperate attempt to
stay afloat before the proverbial well runs dry.
Thus the almost desperate attempt by Ranieri collectors
to call, threaten, harass, and attempt to extort monies
from consumers that they may not have a valid right to
collect. Desperate people do desperate things -
and that appears to be what is going on within the
Ranieri organization.
Ranieri is reportedly still paying off on lawsuits filed
by consumer attorneys for the illegal debt collection
methods used by his thugs. A check of several states
showed Ranieri does not have any license or bonds
required to collect debts in the U.S., yet his
collectors lie to consumers stating he is licensed and
bonded.
Based on information I have, it appears that Christopher
M. Ranieri, Debt Collection Attorney may be out of the
collection business very soon. His sources for accounts
are dried up, his name and reputation are dumpster
trash, and the lawsuits continue to pile up against him.
He has almost no ability to legally validate any debts,
and even a lesser chance of proving anything meets most
court requirements.
Ranieri is not worth anyone wasting any more on, he will
get what he deserves when the money is gone, expect to
see him on the list of DEAD BEAT DEBT COLLECTORS.
