 Bryan Edwin Hosto, Arkansas lawyer, debt collector, former owner of an internet service provider, personal injury attorney and former insurance salesman has now added the title of ‘Bottom-Feeder Collection Agency Owner’ to his list of accomplishments. He is now collecting debts and suing on behalf of his own scavenger debt collection organization: OZARK CAPITAL CORPORATION.

Many consumers and attorneys in Arkansas and Texas are familiar with the antics of debt collection law firm HOSTO & BUCHAN of Little Rock, AR. They sue on debts for some of the slimiest debt collectors in America using manufactured documents and pleadings, many produced in-house. Their choice of lawyers has been a joke in many courts as it is widely held that they come to court unprepared and many have little or no knowledge of what they are doing, resulting in a lot of cases that are challenged, being dismissed. This type of practice is typical in the bottom-feeder industry where records are bogus, employees are untrained, and many inept lawyers have no clue of what they are doing.

It makes you wonder if some of his attorneys have EVER read an FDCPA law book or even bothered to review cases. Of course being legal has never been a problem to a bottom-feeder, many just manufacture the documents they use in court filings.
