the Rent-A-Lawyer business to replace Makel Ann Wright. All of these attorneys
are working for the criminal organization out of Buffalo, NY under the
name of First American Investment Co, headed by Douglas J. MacKinnon,
Sr. and Niagara Falls Attorney Rodney A. Giove.
Booth
has ZERO experience in Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
cases is/was deeply involved in handling estate and property issues,
known as a Real Estate Attorney. He must be feeling the current pinch in
real estate which apparently led to renting out his law license for a
commission, based on debts collected by these criminal debt collectors.
They collect on old, mostly worthless accounts bought by MacKinnon and
Associates under the name of First American Investment Co. (FAIC). They
manufacture bogus, phony documents and affidavits under the names and
signatures of Jack Sortino and Harvey Denis who lie in their statements,
pleadings and credit bureau reporting.

would an attorney like Jef Booth with a clean name and reputation risk
it all to link his name to this criminal enterprise? One attorney was paid a little more than minimum wage for
renting his law license to MacKinnon and his group, the
