Why don't you investigate the law office of Mel S Harris LLC 116 John St. NY, NY 10016.  You'll find a lot of fraud and false summons that have been issued and accounts that have been restrained and collected on after these accounts had been settled and closed by the previous owner. Collectors have to re-collect knowing they shouldn't but if they didn't they would lose there jobs.

The director Michael Young made out fake summons numbers knowing the courts are to busy to look at the numbers they would only look at the letter on the summons and put them through. It has made some of us so sick and nervous but we will lose our jobs if we don't do what he tells us. He sits back and laughs at all the fraud he commits. The NY TIMES, Was writing a story on them and the fact that they collected for NCO in 2003-4, And he just laughed and said the writer was Jewish like him so he could talk her into anything and he did. Then made a joke of it.

Mr. Young has been black listed from working in any collection agency in NY BECAUSE OF SEXUAL MISCONDUCT AND IS ONCE AGAIN BEING SUED BECAUSE OF THIS BUT MR. HARRIS KEEPS HIM BECAUSE OF THE MONEY HE BRINGS IN AND THEY CLOSE THERE EYES TO ANY WRONG DOING, They have his niece scan documents to his home computer and destroy all papers. His financial director Milene Lizarazo doesn't know the first thing about Finance. It’s Mr. Young's brother in law that comes in at night and does the work or they do it from home she's a cover up in case a client comes in. She married an American to get into this country and divorced him once they got her papers. Her x husband is doing ten years for DWI and killing a man. She now married an Iran so he could stay in this country. Her mother is here and brother with visitors papers from Columbia. Her father was killed in Colombia because of drugs and they fled here. Her mother too works here.

You have never seen an office like this and wouldn't believe how they sit back and laugh at us and debtors. we are not all bad we need our jobs and try to do right we do have families and know that some of us really feel sorry and refuse to do wrong.  Please don't think all of us collectors are scum.

Some of us do have degrees but can't find other jobs and we have children and rents or mortgages to pay a lot of us go home sick night after night. And the stress they put on us destroys some of us.

Thank you fore helping us understand not only what's going on out there but for looking into those that do wrong.
