DEAD BEAT DEBT COLLECTOR RIPS OFF
CREDITORS?
If a debt collector files for bankruptcy, does not have
to pay his debts, is that debt collector a DEAD BEAT DEBT COLLECTOR?
Apparently so, if it’s Timothy Edward Arent , owner of Greenman & Donahue, Inc.
of Buffalo, NY and former owner of Rosenthal & Colby ( a fake law firm),
International Portfolio Management, Inc. a buyer of old, mostly worthless
debts.
According to papers filed by Arent he earned $68k
collecting debts in 2003, $102k in 2004 and only $25K as of the filing of his
2005 bankruptcy. We already knew (based on a slew of lawsuits) that Arent was a
terrible debt collector, however his apparent extravagant lifestyle did not
suffer from his illegal dealings.
Arent and his
wife Deanna Beth, of West Ferry Street and Grant Street in Buffalo, NY took down
a total of 67 creditor, numerous lawyers and other collection agencies.
His unsecured
creditors listed in his bankruptcy filings had a grand total of: $506,690.00!
You may be asking…’how
does a debt collector run up that much in unsecured bills?”
The answer is easy….HE
DOES NOT PAY HIS BILLS BECAUSE HE IS A DEADBEAT DEBT COLLECTOR!

One interesting note is
that he may be collecting on debts that he does NOT legally own, which
would be cause for more lawsuits, as several debt buyers were listed in his
filings!
Timothy Edward Arent,
34, aka/ ‘Sewer Rat’ is back, scamming people out of money again. He and wife
Deana Beth, 32, have been on the run from New York to Florida and back, hiding
from all the lawsuits and judgments they amassed as crooks of the collection
industry with their lies, scams and extortion of consumers.
While in Florida, they
scammed under the name of Debt Management Services, where they fled after taking
a $42,000 judgment. They moved back to Doehaven Circle, Depew, NY, where they
started up International Portfolio Management, got sued over and over, then
headed south of Buffalo where they were called Rosenthal & Colby and Alden &
Associates. They are now reported to be living in Corfu, NY.
Currently, they are
operating out of East Aurora, NY (a far south Buffalo, NY community) scamming
under their latest name of Greenman & Donahue, Inc. They are calling consumers
posing as attorneys, police officers, sheriff deputies and other court officers
in an attempt to extort monies under the guise of arrest and seizure. They are
liars and conmen, you should NEVER believe anything they say or threaten.
Record their phone
conversations, the New York authorities will help you in putting Timothy Edward
Arent, Deana Beth Arent and their collectors in prison, where they belong. They
are
NOT attorneys, police or sheriff.
