Elder & Bamford are the Dallas, TX franchisee’ for Collect America aka/ CACV & CACH.
 
They have filed some cases for their bottom-feeder Con America on Chase accounts that were purchased by Phillip Scott Lowery, Attorney & debt collector out of Denver.
 
The court filings I’ve seen are VERY poor in appearance and demand the attention of REAL attorneys. They lack any credible information except for a computer screen print-out and a xerographic copy of a Chase credit card agreement. Of course they NOT included any credible documents and/or Chase cardholder agreements containing the signatures of the defendants. This is typical, of the lies and sleazy court-filings perpetrated by the Con America network of bottom-feeders.
 
Lucky for Texas consumers that there are REAL lawyers available who can provide you with competent representation to deal with these bogus court cases and perhaps, make attorneys Elder and Bamford pay for their illegal dealings.
