HEAD DEBT
COLLECTORS:
Andrew C. Olivio, Attorney at Law
Stephen Niermann, Attorney at Law
Quick Analysis
Consumer Comments Below
Ariel Financial Services,
Inc. is a bottom-feeder, scavenger debt collector owned and operated by two
Dallas area lawyers: Stephen Niermann & Andrew C. Olivo
They operate out of the same office as:
Niermann & Olivo
Attorneys and Counselors
1622 E. Beltline Rd., Suite 100
Carrollton, TX 75006
Their corporation reads as follows:
Grupo De Ariel, L.L.C. d/b/a Ariel Financial Services
Stephen Niermann has the big ego, has been known to put his foot in his
mouth on numerous occasions. In my view, he appears to be SEVERELY lacking
in FDCPA experience and protocol.
A legal term comes to mind when Ariel Financial Services and Niermann &
Olivo's names come up:
Champerty: When a person agrees to finance someone else's lawsuit in
exchange for a portion of the judicial award.
It appears lawyers N&O started Ariel for the purpose of buying seemingly
worthless accounts at a fraction of their value. They bill unsuspecting
consumers under Ariel Financial, then file suit as Niermann & Olivo,
lawyers.
Ariel needs to be avoided, Niermann & Olivo's ability to litigate seems to
suffer when they are faced with REAL lawyers that know the law who will not
put up with their ignorance of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
CAUTION:
I recommend you
NEVER
disclose your bank account or credit card information to a debt collector, as you
risk them emptying your account, or maxing out your
credit card. If you feel they are reporting on your
credit bureau files in error or need assistance in
dealing with them, email the details
w/your
location. Assistance and referral to a consumer
legal specialist may be available.
