Allied has not been a part of this site before primarily because their size (less than 10 collectors) and  field (property collections) kept them under the radar.  As of 2009, Allied has become lawsuit central. When a consumer attorney can get 35K plus fees no questions asked, someone has something to hide in their operations.

No one is going to accuse this operation of being a Mary K franchise.  Typical threats to consumers mark this as an agency willing to forego the law in favor of the fast buck.  Get in touch with us if you require assistance dealing with Allied.
